Nespresso America’s Cup – Tasting Events

It has just ended the Gourmet event at the Nespresso Cafè located in the America’s Cup Village in the stunning Naples Gulf.
Sun and cooking have been the key points of those days, in collaboration with great chefs that held original and amazing Show Cooking directly on the seaward terrace of the Nespresso Cafè.

Monday 15th April

L’Antica Arte del Dolce of Milan combined with Grand Cru Ristretto
Good Morning Nespresso : on the Route to South America
Mini muesli sandwiches with vanilla cream and AÇAI
Salty Peru chocolate and pineapple plum cake with Sarawak red smoked pepper
Fondant chocolate with chocolate ganache, restricted on Amalfi lemon jam
Street Brunch: Samba Tartare
Puffed rise Wafer with Peru chocolate, Piemonte Tartare with banana gelatine and Tonka fava bean
