EIGHTH APPOINTMENT WITH GASTRONOMIC EXCELLENCE

Audi Chef’s Cup Südtirol is back from 20^th to 25^th January, the event that every year gathers the top national and international chefs that will compete in the kitchen and on the slopes, in the breathtaking scenery of Dolomites, in Alta Badia. Also for the eighth edition, the protagonists of the party, as well as hosts of this appointment of taste and lifestyle, will be the two Michelin-starred chefs of Alta Badia: Norbert Niederkofler of St.Hubertus restaurant, two Michelin stars – Relais & Chateaux Rosa Alpina and Fabio Cucchelli of restaurant La Siriola, one Michelin star – Hotel Ciasa Salares, who welcome friends and colleagues from all over Italy and the world.

The 2013 edition promises to be a six days event that will offer guests the opportunity to participate in many activities, combining sports, outdoor entertainments, tastings and cooking lessons according to the Audi Chef’s Cup Südtirol philosophy, which consider the quality and style as a must, interpreting them in an informal setting where chef and guests will meet under the sign of typical and excellent food and wine, in the frame of a unique event, that gives particular emphasis to safeguard Italian products and territory.
